AMARAE COSMETICS
1. Order Processing
All orders placed through the AMARAE COSMETICS online store are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting on the next business day. In the event of high order volume or stock verification, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

AMARAE COSMETICS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide. However, certain regions or countries may be subject to:

Temporary service suspensions by carriers
If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us prior to placing an order.
5. Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and order weight. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. AMARAE COSMETICS cannot influence or predict such costs.
Packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will not be refunded for shipping costs.
6. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Unsuccessful delivery attempts

Refusal by the recipient
Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer opts not to reship, the product cost (excluding shipping) may be refunded, provided the item arrives unopened and in good condition.
7. Returns Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info.amaraecosmetics@gmail.com with:

Return eligibility requires that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

The return has been authorized by our support team

Proof of purchase is provided
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened, used, or tampered cosmetic products

Items without original seals or packaging

Products damaged due to customer handling
The only exception applies to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is damaged in transit

The item received is defective

The wrong product was shipped
Clear photographic evidence is required. After verification, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the item

Store credit

Refund to the original payment method
10. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of refund approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
11. Exchanges
At this time, direct exchanges are not offered. Customers must return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
12. Loss, Theft, or Stolen Packages
AMARAE COSMETICS is not liable for packages that are:

Lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

Marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
We recommend monitoring the shipment through the tracking number provided. If a package is missing, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide assistance where possible.
